The Monster Step will not only give you and ideal cardiovascular workout, strengthening legs and working the heart and lungs, it will also allow you to work the upper body independently, or at the same time, as you performing stepping exercises. Adjustable up to 35 cm in height. The modular blocks, to change height, can even stack separately to make other stepping platforms and the step can be set up on an angle for incline/decline exercises.
