Everfit Healthcare accepts several types of secure payment methods such as MasterCard, Visa and Debit cards utilising our secure eWay Gateway Payment facility and PayPal. You may send your credit card information via phone, mail or through our Online Secure EE SSL Store.
All prices listed on website are are listed excluding GST , where GST is applicable then this will be applied and displayed in the shopping cart and in the checkout so customer can clearly see GST charges that are applied before a purchase.

You will receive confirmation of order which is to indicate that we have received your order. Once an invoice from us is received a contract exists between the purchaser and the seller of the product. In the case an error was made in pricing or we are no longer able to supply a particular product we will change the product to one that is similar or we will change to the appropriate price for the product, once the appropriate price and product is in place and the seller agrees to purchase an invoice will be submitted. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

The contract between Customer and Everfit Healthcare Pty Ltd
We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us.
Notwithstanding delivery goods shall remain the property of Everfit Healthcare until such time as all payments are made in full.
Right for customer to cancel contract
You may cancel your contract with us for the goods you order immediately and before dispatch. You do not need to give us any reason for cancelling your contract, processing and administration fees will be applied accordingly.
To cancel your contract you must notify us in writing or by contacting our representatives on the 1 800 908 903 number. Each case will be handle with care and discretion.
Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your contract, any sum debited to us from your credit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order provided that the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you. Any faulty goods that may be returned should be returned insured via recorded delivery to us undamaged and returned in a condition received. All accompany products ordered with the product must be returned at the same time. If you do not return the goods delivered to you or do not pay the costs of delivery, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you.
Packaging must be retained. Carriers have a right to refuse collection of consignments without appropriate packaging.
Cancellation by Everfit Healthcare
- we reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if:
- we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered;
- we do not deliver to your area; or
- one or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers.
- If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
- The buyer agrees that all products sold by Everfit Healthcare will not be placed for sale or auction on any Ebay or third party sites for any reason.
All Australian orders are through reputable couriers. Options available are either Standard Post,Express Post , Australian Air Express/Star Track Express and Toll.
Customers must provide a valid delivery address that is officially recognised by Australia Post. If being sent to a Business or commercial address the name of the company must specified. If the parcel is returned to us due to the address being incorrect or badly addressed - freight charges will apply to have the item(s) sent out again to you.
Items addressed to corporate premises/Universities etc often have an internal postal service to where all post is delivered.
If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered or are are defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us in writing at our contact address of the problem immediately upon delivery of the goods in question.If you do not receive goods ordered by you within 30 days of the date on which you ordered them, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us in writing at our contact address of the problem within those 30 days of the date on which you ordered the goods.
If you notify a problem to us under this condition, our only obligation will be, at your option:
- to make good any shortage or non-delivery;
- repair any goods that are defective; or
- replace any goods where the item cannot be repaired
*No refunds/obligation from Everfit Healthcare will be issued for customer damage or incorrect assembly.
As precluded by law, we will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses (including loss of profits, business or goodwill) howsoever arising out of any problem you notify to us under this condition and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question. Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer neither under applicable local law or other statutory rights that may not be excluded nor in any way to exclude or limit our liability to you for any death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.
Products, their contents and pictures on website, while we try and have pictures and descriptions of items 100% accurate, some items may vary, changes to products are continuously ongoing. If you are not 100% sure about a product and the contents of a specific package, please contact us prior to purchasing item as it is at your own risk, for which we will not be liable.
Your use of any information or materials on the website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements. Please contact us prior to any purchase to ensure it meets your requirements as we will not be liable for incorrect product choice or if item does not meet your demands.
All orders will be processed immediately. Orders are normally dispatched within 2 working days and delivery is normally received within 5-7 working days after the dispatch date- depending on your location. If the order is made on our website you will be emailed when the order has been processed and is ready for dispatch giving further information about your delivery. Please allow 21 days for delivery.Please note that the majority of our orders are dispatched on a 'signed for delivery'. Please ensure when placing your order, that you give an address where someone will be able to take charge of the item, or you can alternatively leave a message in the 'special instructions' section stating that you would like the item to be left in a safe place.Customer must inform us immediately upon delivery due date if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence. You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
Delivery of goods to Customer
Everfit Healthcare will utilise reputable courier services to deliver the customer goods to the address provided. Deliveries will be made via a reputable carrier. Please be aware that we cannot accept any claim for damages caused by the carrier once goods have been delivered and received in good condition. Customer will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you and paid for in full. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction. If however you delay in accepting the goods, our delivery responsibility for everything other than any damage incurred in transit or other negligence on our behalf will end on the date the carrier tried to deliver the goods to you. The carrier is entitled to hold the goods in storage and charge you a reasonable charge for the storage and insurance for the goods which you will be liable to pay to the carrier. You may also become liable for the redelivery costs of the goods for a second time. Once the delivery process begins, i.e. goods are in transit, and then you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for the services carried out by us on your behalf such as the postage and packing services.
Where Free shipping is indicated this means an item or items will be shipped to the customers front entrance (ground level) of their allocated address provided on order free of charge if not an extreme rural location.*Extreme Rural is considered anywhere beyond 100km of the Major Cities of Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne warehouse locations, all other locations may be considered extreme rural and shipping fees will apply at the discretion of Everfit Healthcare PTY Ltd. Standard delivery is ground level delivery only. In the instance where special delivery is required (beyond front entrance on ground level) on any item extra fees will be applied, the extra fees applied will vary and will be at the discretion of Everfit Healthcare PTY Ltd which will take into consideration the item ordered and the type of delivery that is required.
*Extreme Rural deliveries within Australia will incur extra shipping fees and free shipping does not apply (Everfit Customer Care Team will contact customer if this is applies). Customers are encouraged to contact Everfit Healthcare via email (Contact us page) or phone on 1 800 908 903 prior to purchasing items to confirm applicable shipping fees.
*Extreme Rural deliveries within Australia will incur extra shipping fees where the standard fixed shipping fee applies plus an additional extreme rural fee (Everfit Customer Care Team will contact customer if this applies).
*Customers are encouraged to contact Everfit Healthcare via email or phone on 1 800 908 903 prior to purchasing items to confirm shipping fees to their particular location.
Events beyond our control
We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident.
If any part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable (including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you) the enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order the products for you. You will always be contacted with the option to cancel your order if you wish to do so.
GST is applicable, the prices shown on products will include GST on checkout (where applicable) at the rate of 10% and are the total purchase price for the product.

We will not provide refunds for wrong product selection or faulty items. You can choose between an exchange, exchange where goods cannot be repaired or credit where goods are faulty.
If Everfit healthcare has made an has made an error in product being dispatched we will provide you with a specific return address and Everfit healthcare will pay for the item to be re-despatched. If customer has made a mistake regarding the item they ordered the postage must be paid by the customer both to and from the closest Everfit Healthcare product warehouse. All items returned must be in its original packaging and in a re-saleable condition and by using your own courier/postal service. The recommendation of registered post is highly advisable to ensure that the items are signed for on delivery. If any item is returned to us 'postage to be paid on delivery' all charges incurred by Everfit Healthcare Australia will be deducted from any credit that you might receive.
Returns/Exchanges: To organise a return or and exchange the customer must call us on 1 800 908 903 and obtain an exchange/returns authorisation form, this form will detail where to send your item(s) and any charges that may be applicable.
Please Note that you must immediately from receipt of your order apply for a form and exchange/return. Items received after this date will be dealt with at the discretion of the company. Please note that we must receive full payment of delivery charges or your product will be dispatched as postage paid on delivery or you will not receive your product. Incorrectly ordered items, or items that you wish to be returned due to incorrect ordering will incur an administration cost of $50.00. Processing fees will also be applied, processing fees vary depending on products ordered.
International customers must contact Everfit Healthcare in the same way as domestic customers. International customers note that Everfit Healthcare only delivers products within Australia where items are to be fully inspected immediate by customers upon delivery in Australia. If a customer chooses to take a product outside of Australia they due so at their own discretion and Everfit Healthcare accepts no liability for these items. No return policy for items taken outside of Australia. Postage must be paid by the customer - and return postage for any agreed items must be pre paid by the customer at the appropriate rate. Service to any item that is required for repair is only available in Australia.
Returns are only accepted due to product manufacturer faults in Australia and will only be accepted from customers who purchased from Everfit Healthcare Pty Ltd in Australia. Whilst it is not compulsory, we suggest that any return is mailed by at Registered Post or equal quality Courier and this must be at your expense.
