The Softform Premier active 2 mattress combines state of the art foam design with an alternating active air pump to provide superior pressure reduction properties and patient comfort, whilst offering the convenience of a non-turning mattress. A single piece foam 'U' core provides side wall support and one deep fully contoured foam insert pad ensures excellent pressure area care.
High frequency welded waterproof seams protect the mattress core against contamination. A full-length flap conceals the zip eliminating possible fluid ingress through the zip. The cover can be fully removed for audit and cleaning purposes. An innovative digital air pump is used to step the mattress up from a static to a dynamic mattress with a 10 minute air cycle which delivers very low impact at the point of change.

The Softform Premier mattress now comes with new SRT cover technology. The new cover technology improves product longevity, resists abrasion, resists fluid damage and reduces cover failures. The cover comes with a Crib 5 rating as standard, but comes with an option of Crib 7 should it be required.
The mattress is compatible with the Medley Ergo Range, the Etude Plus Range and the SB 755.
